Crispy Malai Toast

Saturday morning, the breakfast question again. Today I wanted to wrap things fast, felt like eating toast and oatmeal. Toast was too bland .. thought of this Crispy malai toast. It came out to be wonderful. Here goes the recipe:

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 finely chopped green chillies
4 sprigs of coriander finely chopped
1/4 onion finely chopped
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoosn of butter
salt to taste

Method:
1. Pour the whipping cream into a bowl. Add chillies, onions, coriander, salt and mix it well.

2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and apply some butter to it.

3. Cut each bread into halves. Dip one side of the bread in the cream mixture.

3. Place the bread in the pan, with the cream side down.

4. Wait for a couple minutes, the onions should get carmalized. Flip the toast.

5. Toast other side too.

6. Serve with tomato ketchup. Yummmmo!

(Tip: If the toast sticks to the pan while flipping, then wait for a while before trying again)
